We're a small, focused team building software for waterproofing and building envelope contractors — people who know the trade, and people who can build for it.
Open roles
We don't have posted openings right now — but we're growing, and we keep a short list of people we want to work with. When roles open, they'll typically look like:
- Estimators & takeoff specialists — building envelope takeoffs and estimates for our services side (remote-friendly, project-based to start).
- Product engineers — TypeScript/React developers who like domain-heavy problems and shipping tools professionals rely on.
- Customer onboarding — configuring company rates, worksheets, and training new teams.
Introduce yourself

How we work
- Trade-first. Product decisions start with how estimators and foremen actually work, not with what's fashionable in software.
- Small and accountable. Few meetings, clear owners, shipped work.
- Remote-friendly. Most of what we do happens wherever there's a laptop and plans to price.
